Budding law student wins coveted Oxford University Press Law prize
Budding legal mind, Liam Barratt has been awarded the Oxford University Press Law prize
Liam, who is in his second year at University Centre Leeds, was recognised for his outstanding academic performance throughout the year.
Every year, UC Leeds recognises one exceptional student due to graduate in a given year. Until recently, no prize has been awarded for the best performing student in levels 4 and 5.
The Oxford University Press Law Prize is awarded to a student who has consistently produced work that is of a high standard in the LLB or Law and Criminal Studies degrees at levels 4 and 5.
HE Law Lecturer Naeem Siraj, said “Liam has continued to produce work of the highest standard during the course of this academic year and overall, is the best performing student of the year. He has worked extremely hard and deserves the recognition."
