Donna leads a team dedicated to providing a world-class learning experience for students. Her department’s students have access to incredible facilities including cutting-edge kitchens and an air cabin simulator. Additionally, impressive industry links with The Ivy, Jet2.com, Leeds Bradford Airport, Malmaison, Hilton Hotel, Swissport, and more, allow students to enjoy work experience, master classes, and employment opportunities.

We also offer industry-standard training within apprenticeships. Our students have worked hard to launch ‘Student Spotlight’ which is a pop-up restaurant hosted at Printworks.
