Entry Requirements

Entry requirements can vary from course to course. You will find the specific requirements detailed on each course page.

If you don’t meet our exact entry requirements, try not to worry! We will always consider your personal circumstances and help you find the best course for you.

Will I need certain GCSEs?

Some courses may need you to have specific GCSEs at grade 4 or above. Full details of required subjects and grades will be explained when you speak to one of your department tutors.

What if I don’t have English or maths at GCSE?

It’s not a problem if you haven’t got your English and/or Maths GCSEs at grade 4. They can be built into your course alongside your subject.

Although typically the more advanced the course, the higher the entry requirements, it is important to check the specific entry requirements for your chosen course, as courses of the same level may have different entry requirements.
