This five-week course will teach you the basic skills and techniques to help others manage stress. You will develop a basic knowledge of mindfulness. In addition, you will explore relaxation techniques and will gain a deeper understanding of how to manage stress. You will be assessed by your tutor throughout the course and given feedback. There are no formal entry requirements for this course. Upon completion of this course, you may be interested in other health and wellbeing courses such as Tai Chi.
