Course FAQs
What support is available for my child?
All apprentices are allocated an assessor who works with them one a one-to-one basis to their pace and preferred learning style. Our apprentices also have access to a wide range of support networks at college and can speak to members of staff about any issues relating to their employment or course. We are a friendly and inclusive college and offer as much support as required to make sure all of our apprentices achieve their goals.
If my child does an apprenticeship, does that mean they cannot go to university?
No, many universities recognise our apprenticeships as a pathway to their courses. In addition, we now even offer full bachelors degrees through some of our apprenticeships (which is the university qualification without the hefty price tag).
