This course is delivered at Printworks Campus.
No formal qualifications are required, but candidates are expected (as a minimum) to have had several years’ managerial experience and to be currently (or recently) working in a management role. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent written and communication skills, the ability to think and act strategically, and the capability of understanding and applying complex business models and theories within practical work scenarios. Although not essential, candidates will ideally hold a business or management qualification at level 4 or 5, or have a degree in a relevant subject.
Most people work for the qualification because it further develops their strategic leadership skills and in many cases leads to career progression. On successful completion of a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership it is possible to continue studies to achieve the Extended Diploma level.
