The CIPS Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply is designed for those of you with experience in Procurement who wish to gain additional specialist skills and gain an internationally recognised qualification.

The course focuses on the expertise and skills needed to improve organisational procurement and to fulfil organisational objectives. It further develops the knowledge base to reduce cost, improve quality, manage the supply chain and deal with legal issues.

How you will be assessed

CIPS qualifications are assessed by a 3 hour exam for each module. All CIPS modules are currently assessed by CIPS externally assessed exams and you may take exams in November, January, March, May and July either here at the College or another exam centre if it is more convenient for you.

Where is the course delivered (facilities / classrooms)

This course is delivered at the Printworks Campus.

Entry requirements

Potential Students should have achieved the CIPS level 4 Foundation Diploma or the CIPS L4 Diploma or be formally exempted from it by the Institute. Alternatively they should hold the CIPS (international) Advanced Certificate in Purchasing and Supply.

Exemptions for individual modules may be granted by the institute on demonstration of relevant qualifications or modules taken at degree level. Only CIPS may grant exemptions and you will need to contact them direct.
