CIPD Foundation Certificate in Learning and Development (Level 3)
The Certificate in Learning and Development (CLD) is the first step to a professional career in human resources development. Learning and development (L&D) specialists help people develop new skills so they stay motivated and productive in their roles, while developing their skills and knowledge. This course provides a firm foundation in all the areas of Learning and Development including its impact on business sustainability. As a member of the CIPD, you can keep you up to date on the latest developments in people management and development. The learning is delivered through weekly group classes with experienced CIPD qualified tutors and guest speakers. Some guided learning and independent study is expected in addition to the taught hours and there is also an element of group project work.
