Are you aged 16-25 and looking to develop vital skills that you will need to get into employment, further education or training? The Prince’s Trust, TEAM Challenge is a twelve-week, full-time course that offers you fantastic opportunities.

You will take part in a residential, work placement and a community project - all building confidence and team work skills. You will also develop skills in creating personal goals, interview techniques, writing a CV and delivering team presentations.

This course will give you lots of valuable skills and experiences to help with job applications. You will gain a Level 1 qualification in Employment, Teamwork and Community Skills.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements needed, you will need to be committed and willing to engage during the twelve week course.

You will also need to undertake the usual college interview process to undertake this course.

What's next?

This course will give you lots of valuable skills and experiences to put on your CV and talk about at interviews. You will gain an Entry 3, Level 1 or Level 2 qualification in Employment, Teamwork and Community Skills and support to progress into further education, training and employment.
