You will build your confidence and the skills required to supervise areas of the versatile hospitality industry i.e. bar management, front of house, restaurant management.
You will be supported to organise and deliver events within our pop-up restaurant. Friends and family are welcome so get ready to tantalise their taste buds! See our website for exact dates.
There are no formal exams as part of this course. You will be assessed via ongoing assessment and through portfolio building. Your tutor will be on hand throughout this course to support you.
Students are required to have either a Level 2 Food and Beverage qualification or prior experience within the Food and Drink service industry.
You will need to be determined, passionate, and driven. A commitment to supervise others in exceptional food and drink service is necessary.
You may have to undertake English and Maths alongside this course if you do not have the required grades.
You will be well equipped to undertake a company management training scheme, we have links with Leeds Venue Hotel Association (LHVA).
