Entry requirements

Learners need to have a relevant level 1 qualification and one or more GCSEs at grade four including English or maths. All applicants will need to attend an interview and a taster day.

What's next

Progression may include a level 3 bakery or patisserie qualification, an apprenticeship, or relevant employment.
