The course is delivered at our Printworks Campus.

Entry requirements

Learners need to be 16 years old or over to take this qualification. You do not require any prior qualifications or food skills experience to take this qualification. However, prior achievement of FDQ Level 1 Certificate in Food Industry Skills may prove helpful for some learners.

If you do not have a grade C or above in English and Maths you will need to undertake an assessment so that we can ensure you receive the appropriate support for that subject.

School applicants will need to have a good school report and references.

All applicants will need to attend an interview and practical session to determine suitability for this course prior to enrolment
