How you will be assessed

You will be assessed via a combination of an apprenticeship showcase, practical observation and a professional discussion.

Where is the course delivered (facilities / classrooms)

The practical elements of this apprenticeship will be undertaken at your workplace. The study part of this apprenticeship will be carried out at Printoworks Campus.

Entry requirements

Apprentices will be required to have or achieve Level 1 English and Maths and to have taken Level 2 English and Maths tests prior to completion of their apprenticeship.

What's next

After successful completion of the Level 2 Apprenticeship you could progress onto our Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship or alternatively seek full employment with your workplace or in the sector.
