The entry requirements for this course are:
Four grade 4’s or C’s at GCSE (including either maths, English)
Learners studying on the Subsidiary Diploma usually choose to study a further year to gain an overall Diploma qualification.
A Level 3 Diploma in Applied Science will gain you access to many University courses. In fact, 95% of Universities accept this qualification.
If you know what you would like to study in future, check the course requirements by looking at University websites or www.ucas.com You can progress to degree courses in Medical Science, Pharmacy, Diagnostic Radiotherapy, Biochemistry and many more. Remember to check the GCSE requirements too, to make sure you meet these.
You may also choose to apply for a Foundation Degree, either at University or one of those offered by our HE department at Leeds City College.
