This course is for people who are looking to develop their singing skills and develop a vocal style in contemporary music, choir, theatre or live performance. This is a beginner’s course and will be set in an informal setting, that will culminate in a relaxed performance for family and friends on the final day of the course. The performance will be done in a supportive group setting and any solo songs or lines will not be compulsory.

You will develop skills that will help you to improve as a singer after the course by understanding how to sing safely, breathing techniques and how to continue your personal practice.

There is no formal assessment. You will be encouraged to be self-critical and develop your own skills independently.
