What you will study

Make a phone case or owl, along with different types and sizes of flowers. Learn to make a granny square, hexagons and complete course with circles and small pots suitable for earphones or jewellery.

You will not be formally assessed. You will reflect on the skills you have developed by completing a weekly diary.

No formal entry requirements. Just a willingness to develop or learn new skills.

What's Next?

Intermediate

Develop samples of pattern stitches combining the basics stitches already learnt. Chevrons, waves, catherine wheel, African flower hexagon. Make a sample throw.

 

Advanced

Making crocheted garments. Investigating different patterns for scarves, mittens, hats, waistcoats, child’s jumper and toys.
