Whether you are a complete novice with IT or need a professional qualification for your role in your organisation, we have a range of part-time IT classes running throughout the day and evenings.

Classes and workshop are run at Park Lane, Enfield Centre, Rothwell Centre, Deacon House and Joseph Priestley Centre, Beeston. We run a range of classes from Computers for Beginners, Functional Skills IT, ECDL, ITQ Level 1 and 2 and Digital Skills (award).

Most courses have multiple start dates throughout the year and have various durations. Enquire with us and we can undertake an initial assessment to determine which course is best for you.

Computers for Beginners

This part time course is for absolute beginners in IT. Build your confidence surrounding technology each week. 

Computer Workshop - Entry 3

This course will aim to develop your IT skills relevant to the world of work and leisure.

You will engage in developing new skills whilst achieving a nationally recognised certificate on successful completion.

This part-time course is for novices in computing, who wish to understand the basics of computing in depth. 

IT - Entry Level 1,2 or 3

These part-time entry level IT courses are for adult learners with low confidence in their IT skills or with little knowledge of IT.

It is aimed at learners who would like to learn to apply basic IT skills in word processing, email and finding information on the internet. 

Enquire above and you will be invited for an interview where we can discuss your best options.

Computer Workshop - ITQ Level 1 or 2

This is an IT workshop where you develop your computer skills and apply them to practical situations. It is aimed at people who are looking for work and those who are in work but may need to improve their IT skills.

You will be tutored in a classroom setting using study books which have been prepared for each unit.

What's next?

Progression onto higher level IT courses, an apprenticeship with Leeds City College, or alternatively, you could seek employment with your new found IT skills.
