This is a professional programme for those interested in developing skills within patisserie and confectionery and/or entering related employment.
Professional Cookery Certificate Level 2
Basic professional cookery techniques, developing preparation skills and cooking of dishes. No formal qualifications are required but a strong interest in culinary arts is recommended.
Professional Cookery Diploma Level 3
Professional cookery techniques including preparation and cooking of complex dishes including: shellfish, meat and poultry, game, stocks and sauces, vegetables and hot and cold dessert.
Patisserie & Confectionery General Certificate Level 3

Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Level 3 Diploma

Introduction to Cake Decorating Beginners’ Course Level 1
