Making reasonable adjustments to help you learn.
At Leeds City College we make all reasonable adjustments to ensure all our students, including those with disabilities and learning difficulties, are treated fairly and get the most out of college life. We can support you through an enormous range of methods, expertise, processes and technologies.
The Learning & Skills Council have provided funding for a variety of high-tech assistive equipment including magnifiers, recording devices, brailing and transcriptions facilities.
We invite you to let us know about any support you might need with any learning difficulty or disability that you have. We ask for this information so that we can assess your support needs and put in place any help you may need to be able to succeed.
We will also ask you if you need any support when you come for an interview, so that we can make these arrangements in advance. We will discuss these needs with you individually and confidentially.
