Apex Homes
Apex Homes offer student accommodation close to the city centre, conveniently located for Leeds City College students. They offer studio and one bedroom apartments, and en-suite rooms with shared living and kitchen areas. Shared apartments are up to 4 bedrooms.
Contracts usually run from July – July, but bookings can sometimes be made as late as September. Prices begin at £85 per week, including bills, but may be subject to change since writing.
They do ask for a ‘guarantor’. Rent is paid in five instalments. To start your contract, you pay a £50 admin charge plus one month’s rent. The remaining rent for the duration of the contract is then paid in four equal instalments, every three months in advance.
