Inc Enterprise

Inc Enterprise (Formerly The Unit) is a purpose built business incubation centre based at Leeds City College. Originally funded by the European Social Fund and the European Regional Development Fund, The Unit opened in November 2006 as one of the first business incubators to be set up in a Further Education College.

We offer fully-furnished professional office suites at affordable rates for new business start-ups from Leeds City College and the local community. We also provide IT and telephone packages.

The Unit also has tailored virtual office packages for businesses working from home or another office.

Unit members benefit from free membership to the Leeds Chamber of Commerce (one year), regular one-to-one consultations, mentoring from a team of experts and access to the Leeds City College Essential Enterprise training programme at discounted rates. There is also a professional boardroom for meetings and videoconferencing facilities on site.
