Restaurant
Farthings restaurant is a superbly appointed dining room offering the finest quality food and wine in intimate surroundings. It is run by professionals working alongside trainee chefs and front of house students to provide them with experience of working within the industry, while providing a fine dining experience for members of the public.
Bakery
The wide range of courses and activities within the catering department at the Thomas Danby Campus ensure a wide variety and ever changing range of baked products are available. Our bakery is therefore run as a commercial business and with the involvement of our students.
Butcher’s
We offer quality fresh meat, poultry and processed meat products at competitive prices. As part of our vocational training programme, our students are also involved in the running of this enterprise with supervision from trained staff.
