Here at the Garforth Centre we offer a whole host of leisure and short courses.
Some courses lead to qualifications while others are for fun, personal interests or to keep up with the next generation. If you would like more help in deciding what to do, our staff can offer advice and guidance.
If you would like to gain basic qualifications in English or Maths (Skills for Life) the courses are free.
Whether you are a complete beginner or on track to complete CLAiT, iTQs ( Information Technology Qualifications) or the European Computer Driving Licence, you are welcome to join us!
We offer an extensive range of language courses: French / Italian / Latin / Bulgarian / Spanish / Polish / Mandarin Chinese. Other courses include: International Cookery / Art / Flower Arranging / Criminology / Sign Language / Counselling. If you would like more help in deciding what to do, our staff can offer advice and guidance.
We are open on Monday evenings all year during term times.
Classes run at various times throughout the day.
