Deacon House is the College’s new centre in East Leeds which replaces the college’s provision at East Leeds Family Learning Centre, which is closing or already has closed down.
Courses offered at Deacon House Centre are predominately part-time for adult learners, in a wide range of subjects including Return to Learning and Skills for Life, childcare, health & social care, business and a range of computer courses.
The Centre has a new hair and beauty salon, located off main reception, two IT suites and a range of classrooms.
We are open all year during term times. Classes run at various times throughout the day.
Note: From Monday 6th September the Crossgates Learning Centre will be moving to our recently refurbished community learning centre, Deacon House on Seacroft Avenue. The merging of these sites will bring greater efficiences and learning delivery for our staff, as well as benefiting all students.
All inquiries from July 19th should be redirected to Deacon House.
