About the course
The MC1 is a compulsory management training course for newly qualified solicitors. It must be at least 7 hours in length and must cover at least three of the topics under the course format.
Who should take the course
The course must be undertaken by newly qualified solicitors after qualification and before the end of their third full CPD year

About the Speakers
Lorraine Richardson is a solicitor and presenter who has significant experience of managing an office and delivering courses to trainees and newly qualified lawyers.
Ray Biglin, an experienced educationist who has provided legal training for a number of years. He has written and delivered management training in a range of professional fields, including education and the Crown Prosecution Service, both in UK and abroad.
