About the speaker

Julia Walden MA Hons, CMgr, MCMI, MICM. Julia is a specialist in the field of credit management for law firms with two books to her credit. She is the holder of the coveted ” Credit Today Credit Product/Service of the Year ” for her book Credit Management for Law Firms. She is a Masters graduate from St Andrews and a regular presenter for the Institute of Credit management.
