About the course
We have been successfully running Vehicle Restoration courses for over 20 years and we are now offering a one year full-time course to meet the needs of classic car enthusiasts who wish to improve or gain skills relevant to restoration of classic cars.
What and how do you learn?
- Steel Body Panel fabrication and repair.
- Mig and gas welding.
- Paint Refinishing.
- Mechanical systems.
The course will be mainly hands-on, working on vehicles in the College’s extensive motor vehicle and classic car restoration workshops and on a range of classic car restoration related projects.
Options are delivered by highly skilled and experienced tutors and we are recognised as one of the leading providers in this area.
The next course will start in September 2012 and will run over 30 weeks, three days each week, during term time only which will allow students to work on a part-time basis if necessary to do so. Applications must be made as soon as possible to ensure a place on the course.
All students will have to pay the course fees as we are unable to offer reductions or fee waivers. Please contact the college for up to date info on fees. A College certificate of achievement will be awarded on successful completion of the course.
We can take deposits for the course starting in September 2012, people will have to get in touch with us directly to sort this.
