The Campus houses state-of-the-art kitchens fitted with industry standard equipment. You can also put your knowledge into practice in The Printworks Deli selling baked goods produced by students, or by working in our contemporary commercial restaurant, The Printworks Kitchen & Bar open to the public for real bookings.
We currently have three specialist departments:
- Meat Technology
- Hospitality & Culinary Arts
Our highly qualified staff have a wealth of up-to-date industrial experience in the subject areas they teach and will work alongside you to help develop the relevant skills and knowledge required.
Your learning experience will be enhanced with the chance to work alongside the industries’ best through placements at Michelin-starred restaurants, hotel groups and leading food manufacturers as well as having the opportunity to travel abroad to add an international element to your skills and studies.
We are also involved in many high profile events and competitions from running demonstrations at food and drink festivals and cook-a-longs with celebrity chefs to charity dinners and black tie functions.
